Add all ingredients of phase A to main vessel. Begin mixing and heating to 85°C. In another vessel, add water and begin mixing. Sift xanthan gum into water and allow to fully incorporate. Once uniform, begin mixing phase B to 85°C. Once both vessels reach 85°C, add phase B into phase A with mixing. Mix for three minutes. Reduce heat to 60°C and homogenize for three minutes at 6000 rpm. Prepare phase C by dispersing Deposilk Q1 in water and add to homogenized product. Continue to mix while cooling to 40°C. Homogenize again for three minutes at 6000 prm. Add preservative and mix until batch has cooled to room temperature.
